Lola and Kaslja

The story about these two girls is a sad one and yet, we are hoping for a happy ending. They were caught on the street and taken to a public shelter in Prnjavor.

Kaslja (see pictures on the right) got seriously ill there. One day we heard that all the dogs from the shelter were scheduled to be euthanized, to make room for newly captured strays.

Together with Bojan Veselica, we fought to prevent the massacre and I took Kaslja and Lola (see the pictures on the left) with me. They have been waiting for their forever homes for long, too long, almost two years now.

Kaslja is a healthy girl now, affectionate, more on a quiet side and she loves to cuddle.

Lola is more playful, more energetic but also very cuddly.

Both survived the mean streets, public shelter and were almost killed. They too deserve their piece of happiness and a real home.

They have so much love to give but because of the number of dogs in my care I cannot give them all the love and attention they deserve.

They are excellent with other dogs, children and people, so they will adapt easily. I truly hope they will soon get to feel what it's like to have a real family.
